📦 Order Processing Time
All products at Ulucay 3D are made-to-order and custom-produced using 3D printing technology.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- Custom or complex designs: up to 7 business days
Orders are not shipped immediately, as each item is individually produced after purchase.
🚚 Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
🌍 International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees
- These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices
📍 Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
⚠️ Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Unexpected external factors (weather, strikes, etc.)
❌ Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
- If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately before production starts
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us at ulucayllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Please include photos (if damaged)
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of custom 3D printed products, slight variations may occur. This is normal and part of the handmade production process.
